Punta Cana.- Cayacoa Group Dominicana announced a strategic partnership with Archipelago International and The Agency for the management and marketing of its luxury project, Cáicu at Coral Golf Resort, during an exclusive event at The Pearl Beach Club in Punta Cana. This 360° alliance marks a significant milestone in Dominican tourism investment, combining the expertise of Archipelago International in hotel management and The Agency, a global real estate firm led by Peter Torkan.
The project features 1,800 rooms across nine plots, including the Caicu Condos residential complex with 304 one- to three-bedroom apartments, over 400 condo-hotel residences under the name Aston Coral Golf Residences by Cáicu, and the luxury Gran Aston Coral Golf Resort & Spa by Cáicu with 180 rooms. The development prioritizes luxury, sustainability, and exclusivity, aiming to redefine real estate tourism in the Dominican Republic.
Highlights of the event included the unveiling of a redesigned golf course by renowned architect PB Dye and a new tourist boulevard entrance to improve accessibility. Executives from Cayacoa Group, Archipelago International, and The Agency emphasized the project’s innovative approach to integrating hospitality and real estate, signaling a promising future for tourism in the region.
