The event will also feature dedicated sessions for travel agents, with presentations from tour operators Grupo VDT and AGT, alongside updates and offerings from Copa Airlines. A special meeting hosted by Expert Traveller and Air Europa will provide insights into their destinations for travel agents and invited guests.

A significant development will be the signing of an agreement “For the Strengthening of Santiago’s Gastronomy” by four key institutions: the Santiago Gastronomic Union (UGASA), the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), the Santiago Destino Turístico Cluster, and the Mayor’s Office of Santiago.

Furthermore, a panel discussion titled “Discovering the Potential: Health Tourism in Santiago and its Global Impact” is scheduled. Representatives from ADOMPRETUR and the Dominican College of Journalists will participate, gaining insights from leading professionals in the Dominican Association of Health Tourism and the Northern Medical Union.

The Santiago City Hall, led by Mayor Ulises Rodríguez, will extend warm hospitality by hosting a welcome dinner for exhibitors. The closing day features a workshop-conference on Santiago’s Gastronomy by UGASA, followed by presentations by Gómez Tours on their excursions to various destinations.
