Now in its ninth year, the achievement celebrates businesses that are consistently excellent – having earned great traveler reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year. Certificate of Excellence recipients include restaurants, accommodations and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a quality customer experience.& & ​Puntacana Resort & Club today announced that ten of the Resort properties and services received the 2019& TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence.&

The properties have received the 2019 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence are: La Cana Golf Course, which enters the TripAdvisor Hall of Fame, an award held by those establishments that manage to maintain the Certification for 5 consecutive years. There are also Bamboo, La Yola, Playa Blanca and The Grill restaurants; Four Points by Sheraton Puntacana Village, The Westin Puntacana Resort & Club and the exclusive Tortuga Bay Hotel; in addition the "Ojos Indígenas: Ecological Reserve and the Six Senses Spa Puntacana Resort & Club.

The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
